I do like Jesse calling out Berk on how ridiculous that idea is.  I won’t go on another rant (save that for next week’s blog post), but some people read books to enjoy them.  And when you get assigned a novel for class, it’s hard to shake that habit, even if you don’t enjoy it.  It’s not easy to stop in the middle of a page and say “hey, let’s write down some key plot points!”  But give me a history book and I’ll destroy the margins of that thing.  But that’s an information book.

Ah well, reasons why we love high school English.
